What You Will Be Doing
- Leads design documentation efforts throughout the design and construction phases of multiple projects
- Ability to work in team environment to coordinate with construction and development
- Strong knowledge of Revit, building codes, documentation and constructability
- Leads team of Architects and Designers through the design process of complex, large projects
- Provides guidance on unusual or complex technical issues
- Research and leads code reviews and regulatory approval process
What You Need for this Position
- Graduate of a NAAB accredited 4 or 5 year architecture school
- 5 years of experience completing design and construction documents for multiple industry types
- Experience managing a team of architects preferred
- 5+ years Revit experience, AutoCAD
- Architectural license preferred but not required
