Texas based Multifamily Builder with 40+ years of industry success is actively looking to hire a Lead Superintendent in the Orlando, FL .

If you have 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or are currently in a Lead Superintendent role and looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity with a highly reputable construction firm, please read the description below and apply for further consideration!

What You Will Be Doing

- Managing daily jobsite activity and efficiency
- Tracking plan/project changes
- Enforcing all safety/OSHA requirements
- Ensure that all milestones and overall schedule completions dates are met without exception
- Administering company specific processes and maintaining the company culture
- Meeting with client reps regularly to discuss project status

What You Need for this Position

- Ground-up multifamily
- 10+ Years of Multifamily Construction Experience
- Garden Style Apartment Experience
- Type III & Type V Wood Frame Experience Required
