We are a global AI organization headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. Major retailers hire us to manage their materials that are AI-driven. The company is rapidly growing and we are looking to add a Lead Java Developer to join our team. This is a hybrid position where you are required to be onsite 1-3 days weekly. Our team is looking to hire a Software Java Developer Lead with 8+ years of experience as a Software Designer or Architect who also has experience managing and leading a team and must have strong automation, robotics, control systems, or AI experience.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Lead Developer, you collaborate, coordinate, and oversee technical standards including but not limited to coding tools and their platforms. As a leader, you will oversee the coaching and training of your team while taking a proactive training approach. Must have high-level coding experience for this position. You will be in the trenches!

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills + Must Be On-Site 1-3x Weekly:
1.) Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or another related field
2.) 8+ years in software design - Java
3.) IoT / Robotics / Automation / Control Systems
4.) ERP / Warehouse Management

Pluses (Not required):
1.) Master's Degree
