Job Location: Irvine, CA - will also consider candidates in the Pasadena, CA or San Jose, CA areas - hybrid 2-3 days/week on-site
Compensation: $180K - $225K+ base Depending on experience

What You Will Be Doing
This is a hands-on leadership role for the integrated Circuit Development team focusing on mixed-signal SoC integrated circuits for our bio-sensing technology. The group is focused on developing ICs for photo spectrometer based medical and consumer wearable devices. In this role, the manager will be expected to provide technical direction and project leadership for the lab bring-up, debug, and validation of SoC integrated circuits, including developing and completing Engineering Validation Test (EVT) and Design Validation Test (DVT), and supporting the development of production test.
- Supervision and technical leadership for the IC test team
- Develop mixed-signal SoC lab bring-up, debug, test, and validation techniques and methodology
- Develop IC lab evaluation boards
- Develop IC lab evaluation ATE software
- Select, acquire, and set up test equipment
- Experience with testing mixed-signal integrated circuits
- Create and implement evaluation test plans
- Generate validation reports including a specification compliance matrix
- Plan and support the development of production tests at ATE OSATs
- Plan and support reliability testing at OSATs
What You Need for this Position
Must have a BS (MS or PhD preferred) in Electrical Engineering or similar with 15+ years experience/knowledge of the following:
- Integrated Circuit (IC) Test and management
- Testing mixed-signal integrated circuits
- Development of IC evaluation circuit boards
- Evaluating and selecting test equipment
- Creating and implementing Engineering Validation Test / Design Validation Test (EVT / DVT) test plans
- Experience in software development for automated test equipment control
- Developing production tests at OSATs
