We are a rapidly growing leader with a national presence, working on cutting-edge products including integrated circuits, FPGAs, printed circuit boards, and IC packages that we design and manufacture for military & defense, space, and industrial markets.

We are seeking an experienced IC Layout Engineer to work on our next-generation of products!

What You Will Be Doing

-Hierarchical floor planning, , die size estimation, supply & interconnect planning
-Layout of top-level cells & blocks
-Improve the flows for development & debug of large IC layout(s)
-Working closely with design engineers & digital counterparts to develop a solid, efficient & robust device physical design
-Mentoring & assisting other engineers when needed

What You Need for this Position

-BS / MS (preferred) In Electrical Engineering or equivalent & 5+ years of relevant production environment experience
-Floorplanning
-Custom physical design and routing
-Extraction and physical verification
-Experience with analog, mixed-signal, and RF layouts
- Die Size Estimation
- Interconnect Planning
- Block-Level Layout
- It's great if you have scripting experience for automation or to improve layout flows
*Strong written and oral communication skills
*Experience with Cadence EDA tools
