Job Location: 100% Remote
Salary: 175k-250k

What You Will Be Doing
Our Product Managers direct our platform product creation across a diverse set of use cases, and are responsible for the full product lifecycle: discovery, creation, observation, and growth. They ideally can navigate uncertainty and enjoy learning from product users.
- Discover product by working with cross-team ideation, discover with target market users, discover with existing users, develop an expertise and perspective of our markets, and make the case for demand and value of the product and functionality
- Create product by working with engineering architects and solution designers, help define the product roadmap, develop and practice a criteria to prioritize new and expansion product opportunities and product innovation exploration, work with the engineering team to establish user stories, oversee product design adherence
- Observe product by establishing user engagement measures and instrumentation, learn how the product is being used and can be improved, continue to engage users for feedback
- Grow product by aligning with business goals, establish measures of success, define product discovery, creation, and observation in terms of those goals and success, promote product communication and knowledge across the organization
What You Need for this Position
- Management 5+ years
- Start Up experience a plus
- Blockchain Product Creation experience a plus
