If you are a Flexographic Press Operator, AKA Flexo Pressman with 3+ years of experience, please read on!
We have multiple roles open and still need Flexo Press Operators for our night shift that runs from 3p-1am.
Were looking for an experienced Press operator to run our flexographic printing presses to the specifications of the jobs at hand. In this role you will perform the following:
*Perform and assist with all necessary pre-press tasks.
*Thoroughly read and comply with all special instructions and specifications listed on the job ticket applying to your area of responsibility prior to running the job. This includes, but is not limited to colors, materials, sizes, special constructions, etc.
*Complete all necessary paperwork documenting that instructions have been followed
*Monitor the production throughout the run for quality, making any adjustments necessary during the run.
*Complete and document run-times, waste, changeover times, etc.
*Maintain a clean and organized work area and press.
First and foremost, we are looking for those with WIDE WEB format experience.
We would also give priority consideration to those with direct experience with the following:
HIGHLY DESIRED would be experience with UTECO and MARK ANDY type presses, but we could also use experience with:
**PCMC Infinity press
**W&H Miraflex
Were looking for someone with specific experience running Flexo/Flexographic Presses, ideally with hands on experience with the following:
*10-color wide web gearless presses
* 8-color gearless wide web press
* 2 color stack presses.
Were looking for those with a high-school diploma, a proven and applicable work history, and an ability to work well with others and to communicate effectively in a team oriented environment.
PLEASE NOTE:
We have MULTIPLE roles available on 2nd ( 3pm to 1am) and could also possibly hire for an PURE OVERNIGHT 3rd shift ( 5pm to 5am).
We always have an eye out for those with similar experience in similar roles as Slitter Operators, Laminator Operators for other spots that open from time to time at the same site,....If you are MORE of a fit/MORE interested in these types of roles, let me know and we can chat about those instead!
