What You Will Be Doing
Build and manage a team of software engineers as the teams capacity requirements grow
Work within our software development lifecycle
Prepare specifications and determine operational feasibility
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
Evaluate and deploy processes and metrics
Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards
Minimum Requirements:
You are currently in a lead position & have experience with leading a small -large team of software engineers

5+ years' experience of working in a Computer Software Engineer or Software Developer position
2+ years experience leading a team of developers
