The Educational Outcomes and Analytics Manager will focus on data analytics and reporting functions in a variety of areas within the company. The focus will be on both consolidating and reviewing data related to our educational activities reach and impact on physician and nurse decision-making as well as their knowledge of important clinical issues facing those who treat patients with cancer. Ideal candidates will bring strong data management, PowerPoint, analytical, communication, customer service, project management, and problem-solving skills in order to appropriately work with both large and small data sets and interfaces.
What You Will Be Doing
Data Management
-Retrieve and download data from various databases: marketing, participation/reach, scientific learner knowledge and performance data
-Consolidate data in Excel from multiple files for further analysis.
-Ensure all files are organized in company file system for use.
Data Analysis (Excel)
-Run learner knowledge, satisfaction and practice reports from excel to aggregate data into readable reports for scientific team review
-Identify key metrics that seem to fall outside normal baseline
-Clean data to ensure all demographic information is accurate (fixing details or erroneous errors).
-Aggregate data across activities for analysis
-Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
Advance Reporting will require excellent PowerPoint (1/3 of the time)
-Project Management
-Take data analysis and update or develop reports for clients and internal stakeholders in PowerPoint; write up key takeaways based on final data
-Update existing reports with updated information ensuring quality of metrics are accurate and meeting company standards
-Assist with the project management of report deadlines and prioritization for department
-Participate in weekly Team meetings to discuss upcoming surveys and other data projects
-Review reports from other Teams for further development.
What You Need for this Position
College Degree
Strong editorial skills - proofreading and writing
Superior Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
Background in analytics, education, marketing a plus
