What You Will Be Doing

- Leading up device, Process development & yield improvement for GaN HEMT processes (.25um, .15um, .5um)
- Device characterization, fabrication, qualification,
- Supporting failure analysis, yield improvement, troubleshooting for production processes
- Working directly at times with customers & manufacturing teams
- R&D projects to support fabrication

What You Need for this Position

Master's in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials science or another relevant field PLUS
- Semiconductor wafer fab exposure
- Experience with HEMT (High Electron Mobility Transistor) for GaN or GaAs
- Experience with RF & Power semiconductors
