We are a venture backed, early stage startup focused on building out our proprietary data platform for real estate investors that utilizes machine learning. We are analyzing several data points that have been overlooked previously by one of the largest industries for investment. There is an opportunity to provide comprehensive metrics for sell/buy decision making and we want to help identify new ways to invest in real estate based off of the data we have collected. This role is in-person for collaboration!
What You Will Be Doing
You will be working in a hybrid role, 50% on data, 50% on asset team doing API development. Developing the REST services using fastAPI for one of our apps on the backend and doing pipeline work building out data to support the application.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Experience In:
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Data pipelines
- Background in Python (hands-on coding, not scripting)
- ELT / ETL
- API development with rest, fast api (we use frameworks flask and django)
- Can come into the NYC Office
Nice to have:
- Real Estate or Finance
- Machine learning or ML Ops
