Seeking a Customer Experience/Service Specialist to execute and deliver existing portfolio accounts, product development requests and handle daily customer and sales requests in a timely manner.
What You Will Be Doing
Customer Experience
Consistently deliver an excellent customer experience to internal and external customers.
Have a positive approach on how you can assist the customers.
Successfully meet customer and Sales commitments.
Participate in departmental and company-wide Continuous Process Improvement initiatives.
Establish a departmental culture that is service-oriented, quality-driven, and deploys an agile speed to market philosophy.
Account Maintenance
Take ownership of all tasks within the established timeline.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in accordance with defined sales orders
Place and follow-up on all orders for designated accounts; Sales Orders, Replenishments, Directs, Phantoms, Freight,
Draft/maintain docs/forms for Account requests: Price Lists and CRM, Quality/Service Concern, Credit/Debit, Pick-up Authorization
Submit sales requests within CRM (customer relationship management)
Collaborate with Senior Specialists/Managers identifying areas of improvement for cost-downs.
Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure specification accuracy and on-time service delivery.
Vendor & Freight Maintenance
Collaborate with all CX Team Members to adhere to vendor SLAs.
Advise vendors on production, freight, and warehousing requirements.
Primary contact for vendor Customer Service Representatives.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to obtain freight quotes and process freight POs.
This position is Onsite in a Mandated Covid Vaccination facility.
What You Need for this Position
High School Graduate Required, College Degree Preferred
2-3 years of order processing and customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong analytical thinker who can gather and assess data
Mind for Mathematical aptitude
Detail Oriented with problem-solving capabilities
Understand repeatable standardized processes
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in parallel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with limited supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
