What You Will Be Doing

- Design and implement new tools and workflows for creative software such as Maya, Nuke, Cinema 4D, and Houdini
- Write tools and scripts to connect departments as needed
- Recommend improvements to existing software
- Help in devising ways to continue to integrate our software stack and optimize workflows
- Integrate tools with ShotGrid
- Test and maintain software to produce longevity

What You Need for this Position

- Fluent in Python
- Knowledge of Qt for Python
- Familiar with VFX workflows and issues
- Experience developing for Maya, Nuke, Houdini, Cinema 4D etc.
- Ability to work well on a team, with structure and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with production tracking software such as ShotGrid
- Experience contributing to an Open Source project is a plus
- Knowledge of web technologies, like HTML, CSS, and Javascript, is also a plus
