What You Will Be Doing
The duties of the Superintendent include overseeing the daily operations of construction projects from inception to completion as well as visiting the worksites within your territory. Work schedules, compliance checks, and safety inspections are just a few of the responsibilities you will be in charge of day to day. You will work independently to manage subcontractors and oversee projects to assure they are finished on time and within budget.
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ Years Commercial Construction Project Manager experience
- Degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
- Experience working on Big Box and Light Industrial Projects
- Tilt-Wall experience a MUST
- Ability to collaborate with clients, PMs, and other management teams to establish budgets and timelines
- Strong knowledge of on-site safety and security standards
- Proficiency with scheduling, delegating tasks, budgeting, and negotiating contracts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks at once
- Excellent time-management and scheduling skills to complete tasks ahead of deadlines
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid drivers license to visit worksites across the assigned territory
