What You Will Be Doing

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be planning and managing construction activities for projects from conception to completion in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. This includes but isn't limited to on-site coordination, safety, scheduling, construction quality control, cost management, labor management equipment procurement and delivery, and on-site client contact.

What You Need for this Position

At least 5 years of experience and/or:
- Residential
- Multi-family
- Mixed-use
- Type V
- Type 5
- Garden-style
