We are a family owned and operated local print shop seeking a Bindery Operator Manager to oversee operations. We are seeking someone bilingual for maximum efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Bindery Operator, you will be co-managing a team of 10 operators, running work orders and maintaining machines, maintaining standard practices, and scheduling workers appropriately. We are looking for someone with knowledge of bindery machines so they are able to run work orders efficiently and with desired quality. Needs to be bilingual.

What You Need for this Position

At least 3+ years working in the print industry.
Knowledge of bindery equipment and mechanical skills to troubleshoot and adjust machinery.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

High school diploma or equivalent.
