Requirements:
1.) Bachelor's degree in related field (Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering).
2.) 7+ years recent professional experience in battery systems product development.
3.) 3+ years leadership experience.

We have revamped the traditional motorcycle and take pride in our internationally-known, high-performance electric product offerings! Due to recent growth, we are seeking an experienced engineering professional with expertise in Lithium Ion battery systems to lead our team. This position requires 7+ years of recent professional experience in battery systems product development (preferably in the automotive industry) and 3+ years of leadership experience.

What You Will Be Doing

- Managing Battery Development team (electrical, firmware, mechanical, and powertrain engineers).
- Battery pack development from concept to production hand-off.
- Evaluating, testing, and performing DFMEA on batteries and systems to meet requirements.
- Developing industry-leading battery models to integrate with product firmware.
- Designing battery packs (specifications, design, testing, verifying functionality/durability/safety and regulatory compliance).

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor's degree in related field (Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering).
- 7+ years' recent professional experience in battery systems product development.
- 3+ years' leadership experience.
- Familiarity/experience with automotive, EV, or HEV market is highly preferred, but not required.

Preferred experience with:
* DFMEA
* Matlab
* TestRail, JIRA
* CAD (Solidworks)
