What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure construction billings are accurate & in compliance w/ contracts & company policy
- Ensure accounts payable is processed correctly
- Look for process & technology improvements
- Resolve accounting discrepancies/ irregularities
- Accurately record & analyze revenue/ expenses
- Keep track of operating costs, costs of sales, construction development etc.
What You Need for this Position
At least 3 years of accounting experience plus:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Commercial construction industry experience or similar position experience
- Viewpoint experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Attention to detail, strong problem solving, critical thinking & analytical skills
