Due to growth, we are seeking an Assistant Project Director to join our team! Must have drafting and design experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Licensed architects in Arizona are preferred or professional level architects in training pursuing registration. Commercial construction experience is a huge plus!

What You Will Be Doing
- Identifies, researches, and comprehends project-related zoning and building code issues for each project.
- Resolves discrepancies/architectural conflicts and directs project managers to follow through accordingly.
- Supervises, coordinates, and prepares design development drawings (sign off/pricing packages) including site plan, floor plan, and elevation sheets.
- Assists in the ongoing evolution of project checklists and trains project managers on the proper use of these resources during the development of their projects and contributes to the CAD drawings and office standards.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills:
1.) 10+ years as an Architectural Designer
2.) Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit
3.) Familiar with MS office and/or other windows based software
4.) Project Management experience
Nice to have skills:
1.) Licensed architect in Arizona preferred or professional level architect in training pursuing registration.
2.) Commercial construction experience
