What You Need for this Position

More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:
" All phases of project management in commercial and residential/multifamily construction as a general contractor
" Projects include Medical, k-12, hospitality, higher education, historical renovation, senior living (life-sciences including cGMP is a plus)
" Relevant Bachelors or Masters degree is preferred but not required
" LEED accredidation preferred but not required
