We are a leading commercial roofing company that specializes in commercial and industrial flat roofing systems. Long focused on the Texas/South regions, we have recently opened a Denver satellite office and are looking to expand our presence in the region.
What You Will Be Doing
As one of the early members of our Denver office, you will have a significant role in the expansion of our footprint in the area, and with that comes future leadership opportunity as the office grows (plan is to double in next 24-36 months). Starting out, we are looking for someone who is hungry to make an impact in their career, comes with knowledge/book of business in the Denver region, and is willing/able to go after the GC market.
85-90% of our projects are commercial single-ply, flat roofing buildups. We do not do residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Site visitation when necessary to determine compositional makeup of roof to prepare scope of work
- Thorough understanding of blueprints and building plans
- Willingness to travel when needed in order to prepare estimates
- Ability to provide a written scope of work for commercial roofing projects
- Other duties as assigned
What You Need for this Position
MUST HAVE:
- BS in related field OR equivalent (5+ years) of professional experience
- 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating in the Denver region
- Estimating Software: Xactimate and/or Bluebeam
- Single-Ply Flat commercial roof projects
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience going after GC's
- Project Management experience
