Specializing in room additions, kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home renovations, we assist clients with all aspects of their project including architectural plans, design, material selection, city permitting and construction.

Is your background in residential project management? Do you enjoy working with clients and the design aspect of remodeling? This is a tremendous opportunity for a contractor or project manager that has a love for sales. We have a team to support you and to manage the projects. You simply need to have the ability to sell home remodeling jobs. This individual needs to have a history of successful selling and background in construction and knowledge of residential design.

As a Sales Consultant you will be helping clients with:
- Additions
- Whole Home Remodeling
- Kitchens & Bathrooms

Your role will be to meet with homeowners, evaluate their needs, determine potential structural issues, determine necessity for engineering, offer possible solutions, provide remodeling design concepts, develop pricing and write client agreements.

Must Haves:

- Estimated close ratios of 1 in 4 clients
- Residential construction and/or design experience
- Results oriented; persuasive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
