What You Will Be Doing

The Multifamily Construction Manager will initially be responsible for development and coordination of project specifications, systems, schedules, etc; sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, estimating and costing out the project with Purchasing Department; and supervising construction on a 60+ unit condo project.

We are looking for someone with prior experience managing all aspects of construction on ground-up multifamily residences or light commercial projects valued over $15MM in the Salt Lake City metro area.
