The Facility Maintenance Technician role is to ensure full-functioning of all machinery and mechanical equipment by conducting routine maintenance on all conveyor systems, engines, motors, production machines and pneumatic tools.
Must be able to follow diagrams, sketches, instructions and operations manuals to troubleshoot malfunctions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS:
"Source breakdowns and identify issue, resolve problem in a safe and expedient manner to maintain facility productivity
"Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to reduce issues with performance
"Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
"Evaluate and fix all problems with machines in warehouse to include conveyors, motors, production machines and other general building maintenance.
"Complete and maintain proper paperwork for completed work orders.
"Overtime is available
"Maintaining batteries and changing in lift trucks.
"Adherence to all company safety standards.
"Maintain parts inventory and order as needed.
What You Need for this Position
Qualifications:
REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED
REQUIRED: Trade school certificate
Must have: 2-5 years previous mechanic experience with conveyor systems and production machines
HIGHLY PREFERRED: Previous warehouse/building maintenance
Must have great communication and organizational skills
Solid Mechanical/Electrical aptitude and Strong troubleshooting skills
Team player and Ability to perform multiple tasks in a timely matter
MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS
