Inside Sales Manager -SASS, Enterprise Software

A great fit has experience in security software or enterprise software and willing to mentor a team and individually perform in either the NY/NJ area!

We're growing a collaborative team providing cybersecurity solutions in a business-policy based Authorization platform.

We are looking for a proven winner who has unstoppable energy and previous experience as an Inside Sales Manager for a SaaS B2B software company, preferably with experience in a start-up. Must be highly enthusiastic, results oriented, and motivated while taking the lead to sell as the team comes together. The Inside Sales Manager and the team will be based in the New York metropolitan area, working remotely until its appropriate to move to a centralized office. The role will focus on selling, training, mentoring, coaching, and managing an inside sales team, as well as hands-on inside sales. The position will carry a quota.

- Managing, mentoring and coaching an Inside Sales team
- Developing inside sales strategies and planning
- Overseeing sales metrics, KPIs and analytics
- Reaching annual assigned individual as well as team goals and support the sales teams productivity and performance
- Enhancing sales processes

- At least 5 years of B2B SaaS Enterprise Software sales experience
- At least 2-3 years of sales management or leadership experience
- Outstanding leadership skills with a proven success working within a team to achieve goals
- 4 year college degree with over a 3.0 GPA
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivation, persistence, goal and detail-orientation
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM - a must
- Capable of traveling if necessary
