What You Will Be Doing

We are a great firm seeking experienced accounting seniors to perform audits, reviews and compilations for nonprofits, government contractors, manufacturers, long term care providers, construction contractors and professional service firms. You will also prepare corresponding tax returns. The ideal candidate will have a desire to also mentor and train junior members and be willing to travel to client sites in the Delaware, Maryland and Virginia area.

What You Need for this Position

- 4+ years of audit and accounting experience in Public Accounting
- Bachelor's in Accounting
- CPA certification
- Experience with Nonprofits, including Single Audits
- Experience with Employee benefit plans
- Experience with Government Contractors
- Tax return preparation (990, corporate, partnerships and individuals)
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Microsoft Excel
- CCH ProSystems Engagement (is a PLUS)
- CCH ProSystems FX or Access (is a PLUS)
