What You Need for this Position
5+ years of project management experience in software and mobile application development
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience using project management tools, such as JIRA or Monday
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or equivalent field required
Prior IoT experience (Plus)
PMP, CSM, SAFe (preferred)
What You Will Be Doing
Lead software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to effectively manage project resources and achieve project objectives
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Define and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables, and communicate progress and issues to stakeholders
Gather user requirements and create functional requirements documents
Report project progress to management and stakeholders
Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop and execute contingency plans as necessary
Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
